Listed below are several of the Web sites FireCrystal Communications has helped create in the past few years. We contributed design, feature, and site-map ideas. But our primary contribution was conducting in-depth interviews with the principals of each company and creating all the copy on the corresponding site based on information developed in those interviews.
We learned long ago that giving the client what he or she wants isn�t the hard part. The real challenge is discovering what the person wants in the first place! Consequently, our first question is always: What do you want this Web site to accomplish?

Enerdyne Engineering is LEED certified and has been providing engineering consulting services to the commercial building sector as well as providing consulting services to Electric Utility Companies and Regulatory Agencies since 1989. In addition to needing a new website, the folks at Enerdyne were also looking for a new identity that they could brand. The design was created by netStride. A family-owned company since its inception in 1990, Basement Doctor Waterproofing has locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, and Maryland. Their team of project managers and highly skilled craftsmen are adept in basement waterproofing, mold remediation, and home remodeling. Their first foray into the online world ended in disappointment when the site failed to account for even a single sale.
